Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
When you place an order, create an account, or contact support, we collect information such as your name, email address, shipping address, and order history. Stripe processes online payments through its secure payment form. We share your email address, order reference, purchased items and payment amount with Stripe to process and reconcile your payment. Your full payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on our server. We retain payment references and confirmation needed to reconcile your order. See Stripe’s privacy policy for information about its handling of personal data.
2. How we use your information
- To process and ship your orders, and to send order and shipping confirmations.
- To respond to support requests, including Certificate of Analysis requests.
- To send occasional product and membership updates, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
3. Cookies
We use essential storage to keep your cart and sign-in session working. If you accept optional analytics, we record visits to public pages, referring domains, screen-size categories, cart additions, checkout visits and membership enquiry clicks. A random identifier in session storage groups activity until 30 minutes of inactivity. It can be linked to an order to measure purchases; paid orders are counted from our order records. Analytics events do not include names, email addresses, form contents, URL query strings or payment details. Raw analytics data is removed after 90 days. This is separate from operational order and security records.
You can turn optional analytics on or off below. Turning it off stops future analytics collection and clears the analytics session identifier in this tab.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business — such as payment processing, shipping carriers, and email delivery — and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to customer data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to our recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to make a request.
7. Data retention
We retain order records for as long as necessary to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed for these purposes.
8. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email contact@pepvoro.co.uk or use our contact page.
