Shipping & Returns

1. Processing times

Orders are verified against batch inventory and packed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends are processed the next business day.

2. Cold-chain packaging

All peptide orders ship in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with a cold pack and temperature indicator to maintain stability in transit. We recommend refrigerating products immediately upon arrival.

3. Shipping methods and rates

• Standard shipping (2–5 business days): $9.00, free on orders over $250.
• Expedited shipping (1–2 business days): calculated at checkout.
• Pepvoro Membership includes free standard shipping on every order.

We currently ship within the United States only.

4. Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also look up an order's status anytime from our order tracking page — no account required.

5. Returns and refunds

Because our products are cold-chain sensitive laboratory materials, we're unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised in transit, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified free of charge before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
